Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy
Washington My Health My Data Act (RCW 19.373)
Effective Date: February 1, 2026
Entity: APS ECOM SOLUTIONS, LLC, dba Manifesting Bestie
This policy applies to Washington consumers and to consumer health data collected in Washington, as those terms are defined in RCW 19.373. It is provided separately from our general Privacy Policy as required by that statute.
1. Categories of consumer health data we collect, why we collect it, and how it is used

We do not use consumer health data for advertising, marketing, or profiling for advertising purposes.
2. Categories of sources from which we collect consumer health data
- Directly from you — text, entries, and messages you type into the app
- Generated within the Services — progress and completion records created as you use the app, and inferences derived from your inputs by automated processing
We do not purchase or obtain consumer health data from data brokers or other outside sources.

We do not share consumer health data with any third party for that party’s own purposes.
We do not sell consumer health data, and we do not offer it for sale. We have not obtained, and do not seek, authorization to sell consumer health data under RCW 19.373.070.

Specific affiliates: None. APS ECOM SOLUTIONS, LLC has no affiliates with which consumer health data is shared.
Categories of third parties: None. All entities listed in Section 3 are processors acting on our behalf under binding contract, not third parties receiving data for their own use.

5. How to exercise your rights
Washington consumers have the right to:
- Confirm whether we collect, share, or sell your consumer health data, and to access that data, including a list of all third parties and affiliates with whom it has been shared or sold
- Withdraw consent to our collection and sharing of your consumer health data
- Delete your consumer health data, including from archived and backup systems
- Appeal a refusal to act on your request
To submit a request: email support@manifestingbestie.com from the email address associated with your account, or submit a request from within the app under Settings. You are not required to create a new account to make a request.
Our response: We will respond without undue delay and within 45 days. We may extend once by an additional 45 days where reasonably necessary, and will tell you within the first 45 days if we do, along with the reason. Requests are free up to twice per year.
Verification: We will take steps to verify that a request comes from you. If we cannot verify your identity using commercially reasonable efforts, we may ask for additional information or decline the request.
Deletion: On a verified deletion request we will delete your consumer health data from our systems, including archived and backup systems, and will notify our processors and any other recipients, who are required to delete it as well. Where data resides on backup systems, deletion may be delayed to allow for restoration cycles, but not longer than six months from the date we authenticate your request.
Appeals: If we refuse to act on your request, you may appeal by emailing support@manifestingbestie.com with the subject line “Appeal.” We will respond in writing within 45 days explaining the action taken or not taken and our reasons. If we deny your appeal, you may submit a complaint to the Washington State Attorney General at www.atg.wa.gov/file-complaint.
Non-discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising any right under this policy.
